I tried out these leggings and they look so cool! Brand new leggings are up in the shop! I'm so pleased with how these turned out. They look striped until you look closer.

Despite the heat and sunshine, I'm hard at work on a variety of horrors in anticipation of the H.P. Lovecraft film festival, Halloween, and the Nightmare sketchbook project. I've just released one of the more lighthearted Lovecraft pieces, a woodcut print edition of 23. "Shub -- The Early Years" behind the cut. ( (May be NSFW due to woodcut boobies) )

This and other of my H.P. Lovecraft inspired works may be purchased at my Lovecraftian Etsy shop. Oh, and I should mention, all of my slide jewelry is on sale right now to make way for new designs in October!

I was looking through the groups I belong to and realized it has been way too long since anyone shared any Lovecraft art or crafts here! So here's a woodcut print I made last year:

This is my second Necronomicon page print, I have a third in the works though I have several larger (non-Lovecraft) pieces to finish first. The Latin text translates as "Dagon who brings abundance from the sea." No deities, forbidden tomes, or dreamers were harmed in the making of this art.

Anyone else have any goodies they haven't shared? Would be nice to see some action here again!

Some months ago, a picture made the rounds of the internet of a guy in a hand-made crocheted Cthulhu Ski Mask (a.k.a. me). I had a ton of people asking if the maker, my wonderful and incredibly understanding wife, would ever make more and sell them.

I finally convinced her to say yes. Ordinarily I hate overt pimping in a community, but plenty of LJ people were on the "please, I want one" list. Hope you don't mind the link.

Greetings fellow Love_crafters! I just wanted to check and see if any of you will be attending the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival next weekend? (October 2nd through 4th)

It took me ages to finish this thing, and ages to get it posted. Neither of those are to be blamed on the difficulty of doing so, but rather on life getting in the way of the Elder Gods. Doesn't it know better?!

I'm afraid I must ask a favour of the artists, art-appreciators, and lovers of the weird, here.

I've found I'm in a bit of a financial pickle.
